Mr. Henn studied aerospace engineering at Syracuse University, served as a Patent Examiner for three years, attended law school, and has been an intellectual property lawyer for over 12 years. He has worked in academic technology transfer, as a solo practitioner, for a small boutique IP firm, for Xerox Corporation as in-house counsel, for Cantor Colburn LLP, and currently is Special Counsel to Hoffman Warnick LLC.
